Yes. A registered Wasiyya lets you direct up to one-third of your estate as you choose, and clearly documents your wishes to reduce the risk of disputes — a right you lose without one.
Not automatically. Without a registered Will, default UAE succession rules may apply regardless of your religion or nationality. A Will ensures your spouse is protected as you intend.
Typically 3–10 working days from consultation to your certified copy, depending on court availability. A Fast Track option (1–5 days) is available for an additional court fee.
